Return/Exchange Policy


We want your shopping experience at Victoria's Boutique to be a VIP experience! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help. Whether you need a different size, color, or item, we will gladly help you with an exchange.

 Return Information

   • We accept Returns postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information through usps.com. To look up the date simply input your tracking number through www.usps.com count 7 days from the delivery date Sundays do not count.
Please do not require signature release when returning packages. We are not responsible if packages get sent back if they were never claimed. Someone may not be available to receive it.
  • Ship item(s) back from carrier of your choice. Shipping costs of returns is customer responsibility. We do not provide labels for returns.
  • Returns must be received unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of any stains & odors and with the original tags attached. Items must be in the original protective packaging we ship the items in. 
  • A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged/deducted (per item) if returned late, if items are not returned in original form and or without tags nor return/exchanges form provided in package & is subject to being rejected for not following instructions.
  • Please fill out the form provided in your package. If for any reason a form is not provided you could use your invoice & include that in your return.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoes makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.
  • Jewelry, Bodysuits, Tights, undergarments or Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Store credit will be given for the items
  • Credits are issued in the form of a code. You are given the amount of the item you paid for back in credit not including taxes, shipping and/or discounts used to make the purchase. When using your credit you must make sure that the item(s) you are getting is equal or greater then the credit code. Not including tax or shipping. (For Example: If your code amount is for $24 you have to get something that is $24 or more)
  • Taxes are not included in the credit because you already paid taxes on the credit amount. (For example if your credit is for $24 & your subtotal is $26 you only pay taxes on the balance of $2.00)
  • Credit codes can not be combined with other discount or promotional codes. Codes must be used all at once. 
  • All sales are FINAL when an exchenge/credit code is used
Returns are processed within 12-14 business days of receiving your return. Not including weekend or holidays.

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please send back your items following the instructions below:
1) We accept Exchanges postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date stated on tracking information through usps.com 
2) Send back your return item(s) with return/exchange slip stating reason for return/request for exchange in its original protective packaging.
3) If it is an even exchange for another size we will ship your item free of charge. If the item is available when return is processed, if not you will get a credit code and will be held responsible for paying shipping again on new item(s).
4) When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a notification.  

5) If a credit code is used the order will become final sale

6) Codes do not expire

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange. You will have 5 business days to return items back. We reserve the right to reject any items that are not abided by these specifications.
